Mouth : fruity, very delicate with ample and long substance, a lovely freshness combining notes of pomegranate and small wild strawberries. A gourmet, airy and refreshing rosé with a spicy and mineral finish of beautiful persistence and aromatic complexity.

Temperature: 8 to 10°c
Accompaniement : ideal on grilled meats, cold meats, fish, salads, cheeses…
Guard : consume within 2 years.
