Hand salted with dry salt, cold smoked. Firm and melting texture. The perfectly measured smoking time enhances the flavors of these products. Smoked salmon Sakus bring excellence and delicacy to an aperitif or starter. Weight approximately 175g. Vacuum packaging. Variation according to different flavors.

Also available in mixed flavor discovery boxes, cut into strips or cut into Japanese cubes.
