THE DELICATE GROCERY

Traveling the world, meeting people, being curious, cooking, discovering, learning, having a thirst for culinary adventure, and a deep desire, that of Pierre, an artisan of taste, that of bringing together in one place the best products of the best artisans.

From Corsica to Brittany via Italy, Spain, Thailand, Ireland, Scotland, Cambodia or elsewhere, a single motivation, to be an epicurean and to share the taste for good things.

"My grandmother was a chef, she’s my top chef! She passed on to me the taste for very good traditional and inventive cooking, the techniques, the skills, the seasoning, the spices, the recipes... She marked my childhood, I pay tribute to her years later with this dream that I have been realizing for some time, thanks to her and thanks to you. Rock."
