The delicatessen and bistronomic land and sea welcomes you at 18 rue du Dr Camille de Rocca Serra, in the heart of the historic city of Porto Vecchio, southern Corsica.

It is here that Pierre will introduce you to true artisans of taste, incredible flavors in exceptional products, from Corsica and the continent. All year round, a complete range of land and sea products.

Traveling the world, meeting people, being curious, cooking, discovering, learning, having a thirst for culinary adventure, and a deep desire, that of Pierre, an artisan of taste, that of bringing together in one place the best products of the best artisans.

From Corsica to Brittany via Italy, Spain, Thailand, Ireland, Scotland, Cambodia or elsewhere, a single motivation, to be an epicurean and to share the taste for good things.

The cave

Pierre's custom-made cellar, a hundred references, a very beautiful journey through Corsica and the continent.

" I only bring together the wines I like here, with the desire to make them known. I like the lesser-known appellations; they reveal treasures ."

So we go to François Chidaine to taste his Montlouis-Sur-Loire. We stop in AOC Pécharmant at Antoine de Corbiac. We invite ourselves to the Pavelot estate to taste its AOC Pernand Vergeresse and its Aloxe Corton. Stop in Languedoc at Les Creisses. Crossing the Mediterranean, stop in Calvi at the Alzipratu estate. Road to Patrimonio at Leccia. Travel to Sartène at the Saparale estate, we taste its Oenoteca and its Casteddu. Return to Porto Vecchio, stop at Torraccia to taste its Oriu and at Granajolo to savor its "J"....

Other routes take us to Sancerre, Chablis, Bourgueil, Jurançon, Marsannay, Meursault, Pouilly, or even Figari, Propriano, Bonifacio, and more and more....

The LEGRIS n°3 oyster is farmed in the heart of the Lilia Islands archipelago for 3 to 4 years. Its flesh is fine and iodized with light notes of hazelnut. Served at 6-8°C, it releases maximum flavors while keeping freshness in the mouth.

The Oyster Bar

A craving for oysters? The oyster bar welcomes you for a tasting, an aperitif or a meal. 

Discover our menu in a friendly setting. A LEGRIS hollow oyster, 2, 6,12 or more, accompanied by a glass of white wine and toast with Bordier butter for those with a sweet tooth! The oysters are non-milky, all year round, size 3 to 4.

You can also taste smoked salmon sakus, mini burger blinis with tarama and salmon, mini burger blinis with Corsican mullet bottarga, crispy tarama with 9 different flavors, and many other nuggets from the sea and the earth, so don't wait any longer!

Bistronomy by MAISON PIERKA

Bistronomy at the Maison Pierka delicatessen. It's sitting around a barrel or a small table, being served a glass of wine of your choice, snacking, lunch, dinner, aperitif!

Daily preparations: seafood or land products, crispy taramas, smoked salmon saku, mini blini burgers of smoked salmon or bottarga, foie gras, smoked duck breast, oysters, Corsican or Iberian charcuterie board, Corsican cheese board and continent, mixed board, a small pâté, .... as well as all the products present in the grocery store, you choose them, we prepare them for you, you taste them!
