This Iberian Cebo de Campo ham is obtained from Iberian breed pigs (50% Iberian) and salt only.
The hams from these pigs are produced according to a tradition of slow, natural and careful maturation (drying time: 24 months minimum). The result is a wonderful ham, melt in the mouth, rich in aromas and flavors, fruit of the race and food.
Tapas presentation, hand sliced.
