Exceptional ham

Pata Négra Iberian Bellota ham is obtained from Iberian pigs (100% purebred), which graze freely in vast Mediterranean areas where there are oak trees whose acorns they eat.

The hams from these pigs are produced according to a tradition of slow, natural and careful maturation (drying time: 36 months minimum). The result is a wonderful ham, melt in the mouth, rich in aromas and flavors, the fruit of the breed and the diet.
