Blend Bolo
Convinced that spices are still little known even though they can easily enhance everyday cooking, Chloé Charles, an independent chef, has created with Nomie fine and subtle blends that are also "easy to use", with the idea of freeing up the general public and restoring spices to their former glory.
Profile The Bolo blend was created in collaboration with Chloé Charles to be available throughout the four seasons. The collaboration with Nomie quickly became a natural fit, as it was based on shared values of good food and respect for produce.
Like all our blends, the spices are ground and blended regularly in our workshop in Paris. This Bolo blend contains smoked paprika, sweet paprika, coriander seeds, green cardamom, red pepper, fennel seeds, garlic, red jalapeño pepper, and Ñora pepper.
INSPIRATIONS, IDEAS AND RECIPE SUGGESTIONS:
Uses A perfect blend for seasoning a bolo, marinating meat, roasting vegetables or tossing a ketchup with smoked paprika, coriander, red pepper and cardamom.
