Convinced that spices are still little known even though they can easily enhance everyday cooking, Chloé Charles, an independent chef, has created with Nomie fine and subtle blends that are also "easy to use", with the idea of freeing up the general public and restoring spices to their former glory.

Profile The Curry Blend is an adaptation of the Colombo Blend, created in collaboration with Chloé Charles, to be available throughout the four seasons. The collaboration with Nomie quickly became a natural fit, as it was based on shared values of good food and respect for produce.

Like all our blends, the grinding of the spices and the assembly is carried out regularly in our workshop in Paris. This blend for Curry contains Turmeric, Amchoor, Coriander Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Fennel Seeds, Jamaican Pepper, Blonde Mustard.

INSPIRATIONS, IDEAS AND RECIPE SUGGESTIONS:

Uses A mild and fragrant blend for making a curry or Colombo, sautéing vegetables or seasoning a yogurt for an aperitif with yellow mustard, turmeric, fennel, cumin, coriander, bay leaf and rosemary.
