Blend Salad
Convinced that spices are still little known even though they can easily enhance everyday cooking, Chloé Charles, an independent chef, has created with Nomie fine and subtle blends that are also "easy to use", with the idea of freeing up the general public and restoring spices to their former glory.
Profile The Salad Mix was created in collaboration with Chloé Charles to be available throughout the four seasons. The collaboration with Nomie quickly became a natural fit, as it was based on shared values of good food and respect for produce.
Like all our blends, the spice grinding and blending is done regularly in our workshop in Paris. This salad blend contains barberry, sumac, fennel seeds, black pepper, thyme, rose, and hibiscus.

Uses A tangy blend to spice up tomato, fruit or mushroom salad dressings with barberry, sumac, hibiscus, pepper, thyme and rose.
