Burgundy Nuit-St-Georges "Les Chaillots" 2023 - Domaine Guillon - 75cl
 The Chaillots are below Les Poirets and benefit from the last pebbles dumped by the alluvial fan of the valley above (a chaille is a round pebble). They have produced a fleshy, powerful and vinous wine here. The nose is open, woody and fruity (cocoa and red fruits), the substance is ample and full-bodied, carried by tannins that are still a little severe and will be forgotten after five years in the cellar.
