 Buzzo Bunifazziu, a 10-hectare vineyard planted on clay-limestone soils, is located on the limestone plateau of Bonifacio.

 It is on these same plots that numerous presses carved into the limestone rock dating back more than 800 years have been discovered. This proves that during the period when Bonifacio was a Genoese colony, vine cultivation was already present.
 Today, Thierry and Vincent subordinate themselves to the terroir by letting it express itself in its truth through phytotherapy methods, thus avoiding the use of oenological inputs.
