Power and guard
Its beautiful garnet red color takes on brown highlights as it ages. Its nose is intense and complex, it opens with notes of spices, cooked fruit, roasting and chocolate. Its mouth offers a beautiful substance, it is delicious, powerful and robust, with very great length. A beautiful wine to keep. Around 125 barrels produced each year.

Conduct
The hillside plots are managed without chemical fertilizers and plowed several times a year. Short pruning, manual disbudding, leaf stripping and green harvesting are carried out in order to obtain maximally concentrated grapes. Yield of 28 to 30 Hl/ha
Winemaking
Long vatting of 30 days at controlled temperature, daily pumping over. Gravity devatting and press assembly.
Breeding
Aging in tuns and barrels for 12 months. Fining with egg white before bottling.
Service
Open 3 to 4 hours before serving or decant for one hour. Serve at 17°C, as an accompaniment to meat dishes in sauce, spicy dishes, cheese.
