Baerii Caviar - Kaviari

This caviar comes from the "Acipenser baerii" sturgeon, a fish native to Siberia. The latest addition to our range, this caviar has small to medium grains, in dark gray tones, with shiny highlights. Slightly iodized and moderately salty, this caviar will please refined palates with its subtle complexity. It develops unique, iodized flavors with a silky aroma.

 Product must be kept refrigerated at +4°C. Delivery is only available in the Porto-Vecchio micro-region. Colissimo is not available.
