Royal Sterlet caviar
This caviar comes from a sturgeon "Acipenser ruthenus". This is one of the most interesting varieties of sturgeon caviar. Connoisseurs have long appreciated this amazing delicacy.
Sterlet caviar has an original taste, recognizable among all: a wide range of nuances and flavors, when tasting it. 
The color varies from light gray to dark gray.
 
Wine pairing advice:
Ideally enjoyed with a brut Champagne. You will find Champagne from Ruinart or Philipponat at the store.
The Loire and Burgundy wines are also excellent: a Chablis 1er cru Montmains, a Montlouis sur Loire from François Chidaine, or a Burgundy Pernand Vergelesse from Pavelot, also available in store and on the site.
