A fresh and balanced champagne with notes of dried fruits (hazelnut, almond) and white flowers accompanied by aromas of buttered brioche.

A perfect champagne for an aperitif, which can also be served as a starter with light and fine dishes such as poached oysters, grilled scallops or as a main course with sole meunière.

Tasting Notes
A brilliant and clear yellow color with gold reflections. Beautiful shine, the effervescence is sustained, with a very present bead.
