2023 - Corton-Charlemagne Grand cru - Domaine Pavelot - Red 75cl
 Three plots of Pernand, facing due west in Charlemagne and a fourth in the heart of Le Charlemagne on the edge of Aloxe, facing due south.
 The soil, composed of pure, silky and light silts with very calcareous genetics, rests on fresh marls which rarely fear drought.

 The archetype of a great white Burgundy wine. Often reserved in its youth, its palate alone augurs well for a great future: silky and long with a bitter edge and a beautiful salinity. A nose that opens with notes of white flowers, almond, and sometimes a minty accent. It still has great capacity to age before reaching its peak after 5 or even 10 years in the cellar.
