2023 - Corton 1er cru - Domaine Pavelot - Red 75cl
 A rare Pinot Noir cuvée, located in the En Charlemagne section of Pernand, where Chardonnay is predominantly grown. Planted on the lower slopes, rich in clayey silt covered by pure colluvial silt, it is a far cry from the brown soils found on the eastern side of the Cortons Aloxois section.
 Exposed to the very bright setting sun, this is the great red wine of the Côte de Beaune, with complexity and power on the nose, but also a very pleasant and delicate texture.
