Domaine d'Alzipratu - Cismonte white vintage 75cl - 2022
 Cismonte is a wine made from 100% Vermentinu grapes, from the same plot as the white Pumonte.

 However, this wine is vinified then aged in amphorae and clay and terracotta jars for 7 months, which gives it a particular complexity as well as a nice acidity.

 This traditional aging in very porous containers bears witness to viticulture from another era and makes this vintage a true testament to the past.
