The Lume cuvée, which means "Light", is made from Vermentinu grown in subsoils with varied characteristics benefiting from the influence of Monte Grossu (1937m).
The wine is then aged in oak and acacia barrels for 18 months, giving it additional complexity and depth.
The result is a rich and intense white wine, with aromas of exotic fruits and a beautiful acidity that brings freshness to the palate.
