Tasting
Eye: deep medium ruby color.
Nose: complex, well-blended wood, small red fruits, spicy, maquis flowers
Mouth: tasty, well-blended tannins, the finish is soft and persistent.

Tasting advice: Drink now by opening it 1 hour before a meal or keep for up to 6 years.
Best enjoyed between 16 and 18°C with prime rib or sheep's cheese.
