Grape varieties:
80% Niellucciu, 20% Sciaccarellu Winemaking:
Traditional vinification, vatting 10 to 15 days, finishing fermentation on marc. Fermentation temperature control between 25 and 30°. Aged for 3 years in concrete vats with minimum racking. No barrel aging.
Keeping potential:
From 15 to 20 years old or more
