Organic wine made from native yeasts. The vines are cultivated without weedkillers or pesticides. Harvested by hand.
Old vines of Grenache Noir vinified in white. Also a touch of Sciaccarellu and Vermentino.
The estate's vines are located at the intersection of three distinct terroirs: the schists of Cap Corse, the granites of the Agriates desert, and a clay-limestone section around the Sant'Angelo mountain. This diversity contributes to the complexity of the wines produced.
