 AB certification from the 2023 vintage.
 This red wine is made from a blend of mainly Sciaccarellu and a touch of Niellucciu.
 The grapes are harvested by hand at daybreak. They are cooled before being destemmed (not crushed) because once placed in a thermoregulated stainless steel truncated cone vat, cold pre-fermentation macerations are carried out for 48 hours before inoculating the musts with the estate's yeast cream.
 Once the three-week vatting is complete, the wine is aged in two types of containers for greater complexity: the wooden tuns (structure and roundness), the "Dolia" amphora in natural concrete (pure expression of the fruit), for a period of at least 24 months in order to bring maturity and silky tannins to this vintage.
 The aging in glass will continue for 6 months in the cellar.
 On tasting, a slightly tiled garnet color, a nose of garrigue and red fruits, notably wild strawberry; on the palate we find red fruits (strawberry, morello cherries, redcurrant), spices, notably pepper, a smooth wine with pleasant woody notes, and a retro-olfaction of liquorice.
 A beautiful meeting of these two island grape varieties.
