Salted and dried mullet! Mullet eggs, as they are, simply extracted from the abdomen of the female mule, are salted and dried, shaped and express their powerful iodized taste.
Packaging in vacuum blister packs. Approximately 180g (+/-5%, variable weight for a perfect product).
 
To be enjoyed with a Montlouis sur Loire from François Chidaine, or a Bourgogne Pernand Vergelesse from Pavelot, an ORIU white from Torraccia, available in store and on the site.
