Whole foie gras in a jar


Whole foie gras in a jar, available in 130g, 180g or 320g. A treat for this high quality artisanal product, prepared with care.

Semi-cooked or canned? The difference is that a classic canned foie gras will undergo a cooking temperature of between 90 and 110° in a bain-marie. Semi-cooked foie gras, for its part, is subjected to a temperature between 70 and 85°. The taste of semi-cooked foie gras is more pronounced, its texture is more melting. Store in the refrigerator between 2 and 6°. Take it out 1/2 hour before tasting.
