Slice of whole foie gras, made in Brittany with fleur de sel, ready to serve. Store between 0 and 4°C. Variable weight, approximately 50g (1 slice) or 90g (2 slices)
A melting texture, a very gentle flavor. Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before serving to make slicing easier. Served with Corsican fig jam or onion confit, Grand Cru de Batz fleur de sel, Binet 1660 from Brittany, and a Jurançon Grappe d'Or from the southwest. And a very small drizzle of Corsican Saparale olive oil. Available here on our site.
