Genmaïcha - Japanese green tea

An astonishing Japanese specialty, this genmaicha is a mixture of broad-leaved bancha, grilled rice and puffed corn. The result, very supple and very present, is a subtle blend between fresh, almost iodized flavors and a beautiful attack of cereals. Refreshing, hot or iced. Also goes very well with meals.
