LES CREISSES - 2022
 A requirement at every moment from planting to bottling to express the best of a Mediterranean terroir.
 Grape varieties: 25% Cabernet-Sauvignon, 30% Syrah, 25% Grenache, 4% Carignan, 8% Marselan Alicante, 8% Mourvèdre
 Terroir: Villafranchian terraces, sand and clay pebbles for Grenache Cinsault and Carignan. Clay-limestone plateau for Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Mourvèdre.
 Management: Short pruning: for balanced training and ripeness: royat for all grape varieties and gobelet on old Grenache.
 One row is naturally grassed and the other is sown with broad beans and clover.
 Reasonable protection.
 Yield 50 hl/ha.
 Phenolic maturity: Optimum sought for silky tannins and for the wines to last over time.
 Vinification: 20-day vatting of a harvest that is always destemmed.
 Aging: 12 to 18 months
