 It is there, in the majestic and wild mountains, where the sea seems very far away, just a bright sparkle in the distance, that the Corsican chestnut is harvested. Long the tree of life of the island, a nourishing tree for the islanders, the Corsican chestnut is also enjoyed in liqueur. Slowly dried in a wood-fired oven, the fruit is immersed to macerate for many weeks. In its pale and luminous Havana color, the chestnut then reveals its roundness, its sweetness, its warm and smoky notes.
 Produced exclusively from Corsican chestnuts, grown in the mountains not far from the estate. No added colorings or flavors, and non-chill filtered.
