 It was here, on the island's splendid eastern coast, between sea and mountains, that the Romans established citrus growing in the 1st century. The fruit of a cross between the mandarin tree and the orange, the clementine tree is undoubtedly the most popular citrus fruit on the Isle of Beauty. As soon as they are harvested, the clementines are peeled by hand and macerated. After several weeks, a saffron-colored nectar is born, rigorously transcribing all the fruity and tangy aromas of this beautiful creation of humanity.
 Produced exclusively from Corsican clementines, grown near the estate. No added colorings or flavors, and non-chill filtered.
