Chenin Blanc.
What year ! 2021 was a late and cold vintage. Affected again by frost in April with temperatures reaching -7°C, then abundant and almost continuous rain from June to August, which favored the development of mildew... the losses were significant and the harvests minimal. There are still positives, because we find the liveliness of the Chenin de Loire with a beautiful freshness which lets us predict a long aging potential.
Dry and fruity white wine with a clear and brilliant color. On the nose and palate we enjoy an elegant bouquet of white fruits and especially white peach. The palate is balanced between aromatic complexity and freshness giving this wine a surprising length. To keep or enjoy now
