Dress : Intense garnet
Nose : Complex, fine, revealing aromas of black fruits combined with spices, cocoa, and light notes of violet.
Mouth : Deep, complex, dominated by red stone fruits (griotte). We find chocolate and cocoa notes, accompanied by tannins; very fine which is present until an elegant and complex finish.
Temperature : 16 to 18°c, to decant a few hours before the meal
Accompaniement : with red meats, game, stew, cheeses…
Guard:  between 7 and 10 years old, lying down, protected from light.
