Nose : fine and precise marked by an expressive fruitiness mixing red and black berries, enhanced with touches of cocoa, leather and spices.
Mouth : supple and delicious which offers both fluidity and structure, combining notes of red fruits and licorice with notes of violet and venison. An elegant and harmonious palate highlighted by very fine and well-blended tannins.

Temperature : 16 to 18°c, to decant a few hours before the meal
Accompaniement : with red meats, game, stew, cheeses…
Guard : between 3 and 5 years old, lying down, protected from light.
