Cuvée En Caradeux
In Caradeux, the Premier Cru closest to the village, facing the rising sun but in the morning shadow of the Corton hill. Steep, it remains cooler than the Premiers Cru further south and further from the village. Thanks to its silt, this land has good access for both grape varieties. Located next to our Caradeux Rouge, very stony and excessively limestone orange-brown soil. Chardonnay is very popular there. Minerality and length in tune. Originally planted in red, left to rest for five winters with alternative crops, legumes then cereals before planting in 2011. The vines that grow there are magnificent in vigor.
