Penja white pepper

In short: This is one of the most renowned peppers in the world. Its berries are picked when fully ripe, then immersed in a bath of fresh water to remove the skin, revealing the creamy white grain. Along with Kampot peppers, it is the only pepper to benefit from a PGI (Protected Geographical Indication).
Profile Penja white pepper has a strong taste and a woody aroma. It grows in the volcanic soils of Penja and gives off fresh aromas of menthol and camphor.
Use Like any quality pepper, Penja white pepper is intended to be used daily in your cooking to season white fish, poultry or cheese etc.
