Pouilly-Fuissé - White 75cl - 2023 - Domaine Aegerter

This Village appellation in the Mâconnais wine region produces exclusively white wines made from the Chardonnay grape variety. The Pouilly-Fuissé appellation can be produced in four communes.

 A ripe aromatic palette of slightly exotic yellow fruits, with a subtle note of almond. On the palate, the wine is round and silky with a beautiful balance and a light, supporting freshness.

 Food & wine pairings: frog legs and parsley sauce, pike-perch cooked on one side with a crayfish broth, goat cheese.
