2018 - Pécharmant - Chateau Corbiac 75cl
This magnificent Pécharmant comes from a 16.5 ha vineyard planted on the slope of a south-facing hill. An ideal situation favoring in particular the over-ripeness of the Merlot which here constitutes 60% of the blend alongside the two Cabernets and the Malbec.
Vinified without sulfur, this cuvée offers a dark and deep color, then more restrained and finesse, a delicate nose of black fruits opening onto intense notes with a hint of pepper, slightly grilled and toasted.
Supple, the palate presents an attack that is both ample and structured, then lengthening on ripe and very well integrated tannins to end with persistence in a beautiful, rounded length.
