 Fresh and fruity
 Its color is a very pale pink. Its nose is fresh, pleasantly fragrant, floral, and fruity. The palate is fluid, very clean, and balanced in a tonic and thirst-quenching style.
 Grape varieties
 Sciacarello, Nielluccio, Vermentino
 Conduct
 Short pruning and manual disbudding are carried out to provide aeration and sunshine to the grapes, a guarantee of quality and maturity.
 Harvest
 As harvest time approaches, the berries are analyzed and tasted daily. Harvesting begins as soon as the Sciacarello grapes begin to wilt.
 Winemaking
 Direct pressing of the whole harvest. Low-temperature settling and controlled fermentation temperatures.
 Breeding
 In stainless steel tanks. Light filtration and early bottling.
 Service
 Serve between 10 and 12°C, as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to grilled fish, sea urchins and Corsican charcuterie.
