The saku or "Tsar cut" is a cut from the finest part of the salmon, which offers an unparalleled delicacy!

Hand-cured with dry salt and cold-smoked. Firm and melting texture. The perfectly measured smoking time enhances the flavors of these products. Smoked salmon Sakus bring excellence and delicacy to an aperitif or starter. Weight: approximately 150g. Vacuum-packed.

Also available in a mixed flavor discovery box, cut into strips or cut into Japanese cubes.
