Domaine de Tanella - Suarte white cuvée 75cl
 Suarte is the name of the plot that allowed us to create this vintage. Produced from a selection of plots, it is a wine with a light color and a delicate palate.
 This 100% Vermentinu version of Suarte is vinified and aged in French oak demi-muids. This wine of great scope is marked by flint, the aromatic signature of the clay terroir of the plot dedicated to this cuvée.
 Pale gold color with bright green highlights, aromatic nose of citrus, vegetal and smoky notes
 and iodized, fine mouth, expressive dynamic, toasted, vanilla,
 structured by a fine bitterness. The discreet wood textures the volume, honeyed, vegetal, gourmet finish, A gastronomic wine.
 Cellar potential 12 – 15 years.
 Grape variety: 100% Vermentinu
 Vinification: Skin maceration then pressing and settling the next day at 8°. Fermentation in new demi-muids, daily stirring.
 Aging: two months in demi-muid then six months in stainless steel vats.
