 Suarte is the name of the plot that allowed us to create this vintage. Produced from a selection of plots, it is a wine with a light color and a delicate palate.
 This 100% Sciaccarellu version of Suarte is vinified and aged in French oak demi-muids. Its freshness and elegant oak character make this unique cuvée a gastronomic rosé.
 Brilliant rose petal color, shimmering reflections. Smoky nose, redcurrants, cherry, very elegant,
 ample and delicate fleshy mouth, beautiful bitterness and liveliness
 structured, saline finish. Beautiful gastronomic wine with beautiful complexity.
 Cellar potential 4 to 5 years.
 Grape variety: 100% Sciaccarellu
 Vinification: Direct pressing and settling at 8° the next day. Cold stabilization then fermentation in stainless steel vats at 12°.
 Aging: in demi-muid for two months then six months in stainless steel vats.
