An exceptional aperitif or hors d'oeuvre. Small 100g glass jar.

The aroma and chunks of lobster. A delicious recipe made with the finest quality smoked Icelandic cod roe, combined with the regal aroma of lobster.

Perfect on crousty breizh and on Breton galette chips (on sale in the shop and on the website).

Preparation:

We select the finest fish eggs from around the world. MSC cod roe—the basic ingredients needed to make taramasalata—is sourced in Iceland. Each time they are caught, the roe pouches are washed, sorted, deseeded, frozen, then thawed, salted, smoked over FSC beechwood, packaged, and pasteurized.

Like an emulsion, the recipes are made from Icelandic cod roe. The taramasalata are made with ingredients from French organic farming. We only use natural colorings: beetroot powder, turmeric, or the ingredients themselves (Espelette pepper, sea urchin coral, etc.).

Product to be kept refrigerated +4°, delivery only to the Porto-Vecchio micro-region. Colissimo not available.
