 Heading for the clay-limestone terroirs of Bonifacio and a unique association of two figures from the island's wine world: Yves Canarelli and Patrick Fioramonti, a distinguished sommelier. This blend of 5 indigenous grape varieties (Rimenese, Carcagholu, Biancu, Genovese, Vermentinu) produced biodynamically, is at the height of its powers in this 2023 vintage: a chiseled and saline structure of great refinement, purity of aromatic expression with a delicate and sensual mouthfeel, and a mineral finish carried by beautiful noble bitters that arouses the emotion of a place!
