The result of long aging in wooden barrels (8 years minimum), ROSSO is characterized by notes of very ripe black cherries and a very nice length on the palate.
Seasonings and dressings. Finishes on red meats and lamb, raw vegetables and tartars. Perfect as an accompaniment to cheeses or desserts as well as fresh fruit.
