Exceptional ham

The “Mangalica” is a breed of woolly pig raised in the Hungarian steppes.

Mangalica hams are of excellent quality, notably thanks to the delicate infiltration of fat into the meat. Their genetic characteristics adapted to the cold climate of the country, as well as their natural diet, result in an ideal raw material. From this exceptional raw material and its slow maturation (drying for a minimum of 22 months) results a marbled ham, melting in the mouth and rich in aromas and flavors.
