ORGANIC Olive Oil, from Altas

An Extra Virgin Olive oil produced at the foot of the Atlas Mountains.
Oil with vegetable notes, very aromatic, reminiscent of sorrel and freshly cut grass.
No bitterness, first cold pressing, it is distinguished by its extremely low acidity of around 0.1° to 0.2°.
Very high smoke point (240°C) allowing use in cooking.
